… We crossed the bridge to 2012 with a subtle yet awesome celebration. We didn’t have any firecrackers or fireworks at hand. But that didn’t stop us from greeting it loudly… We planned a simple banquet and it was a mouthful… I give Honey a 5 out 5 for the preparation and the reason for our stuffed tummies…  Creamy Carbonara, Fried Fish Fillet, Nachos with ground beef and salsa, Kare kare, Ham, Leche Flan, Blueberry Cheesecake with 7-up and a fruity red wine… the size wasn’t outrageous, just enough to suffice our hungry tanks… and a small takeout for the left overs in the morning …
